Customers

Customer satisfaction is our primary concern at LT Court Tech and drives everything we do. This section contains descriptions of some of the courts we’ve worked with and provides additional information about the implementation of C-Track for each court.

Current Projects

LT Court Tech has three projects underway for the Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands, the Supreme Court of Nevada, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.

The Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands was first formed in 2007 and C-Track will be their first automated case management system. The project includes C-Track document management and e-filing functions. The first release will be implemented in the 3rd quarter 2009 will all releases are planned to be completed by 2nd quarter 2010.

The Supreme Court of Nevada is replacing a Microsoft Access application with C-Track. Their current CMS interfaces to a third-party document management system and an eFiling system as will the C-Track implementation. An interface to the accounting system is also planned, along with the C-Track Public Access application. Data migration is included in this implementation.

The District of Columbia Court of Appeals is the highest court of the District of Columbia; it functions both as an intermediate court of appeals, as well as "the Supreme Court" of the District of Columbia. C-Track will replace a text-based system programmed in RPG and running on an IBM mainframe. Data migration is also included in this implementation.
