New Hampshire Supreme Court
About the Court
The New Hampshire Supreme Court, composed of the Chief Justice and four associate justices, sits in Concord and is the state’s only appellate court.
The Supreme Court has jurisdiction to review appeals from the State trial courts and from many State administrative agencies. It also has original jurisdiction to issue writs of certiorari, prohibition, habeas corpus and other writs. The duties of the Supreme Court include correcting errors in trial court proceedings, interpreting case law and statutes and the state and federal constitutions and the administration of the courts.
LT Court Tech Implementation
The first version of our flagship web-based appellate CMS product, C-Track, was built for New Hampshire Supreme Court in 2001-2002. New functionality included dynamic docket entries, tickler notifications, and a web-based calendar with links to hearings and a list of ticklers. An in-depth conflict management functionality was developed in response to specific needs by the Court.
