About Our Company
Philosophy

Customer satisfaction is the number one priority for our organization. All of our development and project activities are in support of this philosophy. We have extensive quality assurance practices and multiple levels of testing to assure a quality product. In addition we produce extensive requirements specifications to assure the product meets the customers’ needs.
LT Court Tech’s Foundation Processes are key success factors for managing implementations and development activities. The Project Management Foundation Processes are established and base-lined at the beginning of each engagement to ensure that the stakeholders and contributors understand project objectives, success criteria and issue resolution programs. The following describes our Foundation Processes:
- Communication
- Engagement Management
- Issue Management
- Change Management
- Risk Management
- Quality Assurance

Communication. Communication is at the core of the Foundation Processes. It is critical to establish an effective communication plan due to the distributed nature of the courts, business stakeholders and supporting organizations.
Engagement Management. This entails teaming with clients to ensure that the success criteria, business objectives, and project goals are clearly understood. Project information is documented in a project charter.
Issue Management. The LT Court Tech issue management process effectively addresses issues through careful documentation, owner identification and by assisting with the development of the action plan. Issue management activities are tracked with their progress communicated during weekly status meetings.
Change Management. Changes in requirements can affect the deliverables, may impact project costs or the delivery schedule. Our process defines a standard procedure for efficiently and consistently identifying, addressing, and implementing changes.
Risk Management. LT Court Tech’s risk management process establishes proactive communication to identify, plan for, and address potential delays, events, or activities that can significantly impact a project.
Quality Assurance. We strive for a zero defect product while ensuring that the solution aligns with the customers’ requirements. Activities include testing at many levels, inspections, document control, monitoring and reporting, and reviews.
