The C-Track Solution is comprised of three LT Court Tech products:

LT Court Tech provides an enterprise eCourt solution by integrating these C-Track products with third-party products for document management, accounting, and complex reporting. In addition, interfaces to agency or partner databases can be provided.

C-Track is an enterprise level, user-friendly, browser-based case management system designed specifically for appellate courts to capture, track, process, and report on court information. Standard functionality can be quickly be configured while at the same time, customization can be used to accommodate a court’s specialized business needs.

C-Track Advantages

Highly Configurable – C-Track is designed to be highly configurable so that it can adapt to each court's unique requirements and rules and procedural changes. C-Track allows authorized users to configure data values such as case types, docket entry types, case statuses, and other values. C-Track’s rules engine can be configured with the court’s business rules to automatically set ticklers, assign tasks, change a case status, and generate documents based on case processing or docketing activity. C-Track also supports full custom branding such as jurisdiction specific interfaces, court's logo and colors, and look and feel.

Extensible - Built on today's leading, stable and reliable technologies, C-Track is easy to install and maintain. C-Track is designed to provide courts with a extendible features such as case initiation/setup process and a comprehensive set of court-specific reports and process workflows. Its architecture also enables our software engineers to easily add custom features and functionality as required by a court.

Integrable - Built on an open system architecture, C-Track can be integrated with almost any court application from an existing case management system to an attorney registration system to an accounting or document management system. Data can be transferred from one system to another by using standard data transfer technologies such as Web Services (e.g. SOAP, RPC), Message Queuing (e.g. IBM MQ Series, Microsoft Message Queue), and File Transfer Protocol (FTP).

Secure – C-Track’s role-based security model allows for a wide variety of user roles to be created so that different user types can be given permission to appropriate levels of information and system functionality. It features enterprise grade authentication and authorization that can utilize an existing network logon. This means that the user can log on to the system using the same username and password as they do when logging in to the Court’s network. C-Track provides the efficiency of accommodating multiple levels of courts in one system while giving users access only to information appropriate for their court.

Comprehensive – C-Track can be installed in single and multi-jurisdictional appellate courts, containing comprehensive case processing functions from case initiation through disposition and archiving. C-Track also provides full reporting capability with extensive searching and real-time interactive reporting capabilities. Case activities can be handled individually or in batch.

Intuitive – C-Track is configured and customized to the unique requirements of each court, making it easy to learn and use. For maximum usability, the entire system is reviewed with the court and adjusted to their specific needs prior to the installation. Through intuitive steps, C-Track generates documents, sets or updates ticklers, and displays custom alerts as docketing clerks record case-related activities such as motions, orders and other actions. In addition, C-Track provides an ability to include links to copies of the filed documents.

Easy to Maintain – Since the C-Track system resides on a server and is accessed via a web browser, no special software is needed on user PCs other than a web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox) and word processing software (e.g. Word, WordPerfect). Upgraded versions of C-Track can be installed on the server within minutes.

Cost Effective – LT Court Tech provides free upgrades, offering custom enhancements requested by another court to all courts in the C-Track user community.
