LT Court Tech Implementation

In 2007 LT Court Tech implemented Wyoming Supreme Court’s first automated case management system. The system integrates with the Wyoming State Bar for attorney information, and in addition to dynamic docket entries and a rules engine, includes fee tracking for cases and non-case-related fees. Cases can be linked together and issues associated with cases tracked. The system also provides printing of complex docket sheets for the files.

Wyoming Supreme Court Clerk Judy Pacheco said of the LT Court Tech team, “I have never experienced such wonderful customer service, dedication, competence, and work ethic.”

Later that year the C-Track Public Access system was implemented and an e-filing pilot with C-Track E-Filing begun. In July of 2008, e-filing was required on all qualified Supreme Court cases. LT Court Tech, working with the Wyoming Supreme Court staff, developed an online training curriculum and test that must be passed before being allowed to e-file.

LT Court Tech is currently configuring a module to automate internal processes for the Supreme Court justices and their staff.
